At St Matthias Park we aim to provide students with access to a Personal Social and Health education curriculum that enables them to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to keep themselves healthy and safe, and prepare for life and work in modern Britain.

Our Programme of Study for PSHE develops skills and attributes such as resilience, self-esteem, risk-management, teamworking and critical thinking within the context of students’ learning which is grouped into three core themes:

  • Physical and Mental Health and wellbeing
  • Healthy Relationships
